- The HM/MCP/GLASS/UL is a compact, backlit, BO-character LCD fire annunciator.
- It emulates the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) display.
- The annunciator offers system status indicators for AC Power, Alarm, Trouble, Supervisory, and Alarm Silenced conditions.
- Communication between the HM/MCP/GLASS/UL and the FACP occurs over a 2-wire serial interface using the Repeater-Bus communication format.
- Connected devices receive power through two additional wires, either from the host FACP or a remote UL-listed, filtered power supply.
