Our Story
The Company started as SALES & INSURANCE UNDERWRITERS INC. back in 1976 selling American made Fire Extinguishers in the local market. Sales expanded and the Company evolved under several entities throughout 1990’s. Buoyed by the success in the market, ADVANCE GEMSFIRE SYSTEM INDUSTRIES (AGSI) was born, and it expanded its operation and product lines in 1997.
Few years later, importation of equipment, spare parts and supplies were introduced to its operation. Innovation, quality, reliability and service are the most important principles of AGSI’s business philosophy. Detailed market researches allow AGSI to recognize trends at its early stage. Complying with customer requirements challenge AGSI to generate top performance and consistency in bringing up innovative solutions day after day.
In the mid-2000, AGSI provided a nationwide distributor network across the Philippines. Our partners, knowing and living the AGSI philosophy, are highly competent.
Today, AGSI is now known as ADVANCE GEMSFIRE SYSTEM INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED (AGSI, INC.), and it carries on with its commitment to enhance the development of fire and safety technology in the Philippines through imperial experience. The Company also boasts of capturing a considerable market share in the fire and safety business. In addition, the Company has widened its representation of leading fire and safety companies in Asia Pacific and United States.
